Main Shipping Terms
Processing Time
All orders require 1-3 business days of processing time to be picked, packed and prepared for shipping, unless otherwise noted on the product page of the item(s) you've ordered.
In most cases delivery can be expected next business day. (Some exceptions may apply, such as delivery location, time of day the order was placed, manufacturer related back-orders, weather delays, etc).
After your order is packed and ready to ship, we will e-mail you your order tracking number.
Shipping Classification/Details
At Meridian, we provide two shipping options – Economy Shipping & Express Shipping. Please note that whether you choose Economy Shipping or Express Shipping, your order will be subject to 1-3 business days of processing time in our fulfillment facility before it ships, unless otherwise noted on the product page.
Economy Shipping
Our standard Economy Shipping is free in Canada (excluding remote & difficult to serve locations) when your order value is over $150. Economy Shipping will deliver your package using standard shipping methods. Orders below $150 are subject to a $14.95 shipping fee. At Meridian, we ships using multiple delivery partners. A carrier will be assigned to your order at time of shipping.
Express Shipping
Express Shipping is a premium service available to orders shipping in Canada (excluding remote & difficult to serve locations) that is provided by our shipping partners. After leaving our fulfillment facility, our shipping partners will prioritize your package and work to deliver it as quickly as possible.
In the case of an incorrect shipping address that has been provided by a customer which results in an unsuccessful delivery, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred for the attempted delivery as well as shipping charges for the return delivery.

Please ensure that you have your Order Number & Date of Order in your email, and/or have it readily available if you are phoning in.
If your package is damaged in transit, please bring this to the attention of your delivery agent at once and save all packaging material. Immediately contact Patient Care at Meridian, so that we may handle this matter with you immediately.
In the event that your product is backordered by the manufacturer, we will notify you by e-mail and we will ship what we have in stock. The temporarily backordered item(s) will be shipped as soon as we receive it, unless we hear from you otherwise.
If you have an unclaimed parcel that is returned to Meridian, you will incur a 30% restocking fee plus shipping and handling charges.
Cancellations
Should the need arise to cancel an order after you've placed it, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Order cancellation is a time-sensitive action, so please do get in touch with our Customer Care team as soon as possible. You can request a cancellation in one of the following ways:

Please note, that once your order moves into the processing stage in our fulfillment facility, we may no longer be able to cancel it. Should this be the case, we can help facilitate a return upon delivery (excluding final sale items, please see below).
Returns
Our goal at Meridian is to ensure that you are totally satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns of unopened products up to 30 days after the date of purchase.
Opened or used products, or any items marked as non-refundable are not within our return guidelines. We also cannot accept any returns from all probiotic lines. We are currently unable to accept returns from US locations.
If you would like to make a return request, please email [email protected] with your order number (as quoted in the subject line of your "Order Update" emails), the item(s) that you would like to return, and the reason for the return. One of our friendly Patient Care team members will reach out to you as soon as possible with the next steps!
